Few Days back Following errors were reported in the alert log of one of our clients.

As from the above alert log ora-19504 is caused due to Permission denied error as reported in the alert log.
Hence We need give appropriate permission to the partition “/ExtSD11/oracle/oradata” to avoid such error
# chown -R oracle:oinstall /ExtSD11/oracle/oradata
# chmod -R 775 /ExtSD11/oracle/oradata
Hence the above error was avoided
